****ing awesome! They finally uploaded Embalmed's full demo (and only release) to Youtube. I've had to settle for the small handful of songs that were up, but now I can properly crack out on them. Simple, filthy old school death metal with a dash of grindcore. The vocals aren't groundbreaking, but those riffs are orgasmic. The kind of death metal to get WPNFire into the genre.

Pretty much everything I love about death metal right here. The simple riff-fest of Swedish death metal, but the modernized brutality of early-nineties American DM. Like Grave with a bit more polish.

I've been way into electro/industrial rock/metal lately.

This gives me a serious Mercyful Fate feeling.

By this point either my saltine-white, middle-age neighbors have become hardcore death metal fans, or they wish I was dead. If nothing else I hope that I've corrupted the neighbors who live behind me's kids.

Anything that contains grindcore you can be sure I won't like.

If you can listen to Mayhem then you can listen to Embalmed. Don't be a pussy.
