A friend of mine introduced me to Pitchshifter the other day and I wasn't too thrilled by them at first, but after a half hour or so they seriously got under my skin. Bone crushing...industrial metal? I never know what to call stuff like this now that this site has destroyed any confidence in my ability to recognize and define industrial. Still, bad ass.

Dude, these guys are awesome. Kudos to your friend.

As for me, looking forward to the new Fates Warning record!

If someone can find me a better rock'n'roll singer than Glenn Danzig then I will owe them for the rest of my life, and if you can find me a better riff-smith than John Christ I will throw in a fresh-baked cookie.

Finding out whether I like Megadeth or not. I think I do.

One of those albums that ruled my teenage years. I used to be obsessed with Megadeth and that album was definitely my fav.

This band is as far removed from Danzig as you can be but this seriously kicks ass:

Play it loud mofo.

I love me some Dr. Feelgood, but a better vocalist than Glenn Danzig? Granted I've only listened to their debut, but I just can't see it.

Edit: Oh, I guess you meant the riff smith thing. They both have some top quality riffs I grant you. Honestly I wouldn't know how to choose.
