I do find Clutch very hit and miss but virtually every track from their S/T is class. I just want to get on a Harley and ride through California looking bad ass playing this album.

Kickass german melodic death metal

If you need proof that Bathory were the greatest metal band on Earth, look no further than this song. Takes a slight break from the the epicness of the preceding songs on the album to hit you right in the face with a song that could form it's own black hole with it's shear heaviness.



I don't much like their second album. Doesn't have the same magic that the debut had, but that song is definitely the best off of it. One of those songs that I listened to on repeat countless times in my youth.

Woke up to two different forms of metal, but both fantastic.

I know that Judas Priest are generally considered to be second only to Iron Maiden in terms of old school traditional heavy metal, but I've been listening to them and Dio today, and I have to say that Dio rules over Priest. RIP RJD.

It's getting to the point that listening to death metal just ends up making me wanna listen to Carcass.
