Coroner reformed for a couple of shows last year and I got to see them and they blew me away. I didn't think that their music would translate in a festival setting but it most certainly did.

Ahhh man would I love to see them live.

I have a coworker and longtime friend who is buddies with the previous owner of one of the biggest indie music venues in Louisville. Long, complicated explanation aside, because of this, he got to see Exodus and Death Angel for free and then hang out with them backstage and drink some brews. He said they were pretty cool guys. I was so jealous.

Anyway, I am currently listening to Sadus for the first time. I've had them on my "to listen" playlist on Grooveshark ever since someone posted them in here a few months ago (maybe Batlord?). Good thrash with awful production. Not that I'm particularly bothered by that, but I can barely hear the bass, which is a bit of a pet peeve of mine.

Sweet. They remind me of Kreator taken to the next level of extreme.

Soooo... I guess you weren't the one who posted them. Huh. Well, thanks, whoever you are! Chemical Exposure was a great album on the first listen and I look forward to hearing more of them.

And now... Man Is The Bastard. Janszoon got me into these guys. 90's powerviolence with TWO bassists. Totally brutal. Also, they are surprisingly good at doing analog synth-led ambient songs.

What? Of course it was me! Why wouldn't you think it was me?

The first comment you made confused me. When you said "sweet" I thought you were unfamiliar with the band or something and calling it sweet on your first listen.

I dunno, I'm easily confused and write half of what I post in an exhausted daze. Who knows what I was thinking at the time?

Good meat and potatoes Death Grind featuring Adam Jarvis who also plays drums on the new PD album. This album rocks from top to bottom.
