I agree with all of the above. I think the 80s was by far the best decade preceded by the 70s.

You cant find anything from the 90s or 00s that matches this particular single, for example.

Its also one of my favorite classic videos, I enjoy the hand clapping choreography.

The eighties were the best decade in my opinion.
Also I don't think grunge killed the hair bands,they did it themselves when they turned into popbands with power ballads and then acoustic power ballads.

Power ballads were a staple for them and hardly aided in their demise.
