Satellite Beaver is a little on the cheesy side of Stoner Metal for me because of their ill-fitting sung melodies. But, overall, they've got more stimulating energy so I like their EP more than the Bongripper/Winters in Osaka EP.

only the first half of that Bongripper is interesting
and Satellite Beaver, except for its vocals, remind me of Cathedral, especially the album The Carnival Bizarre Satellite Beaver - 5 Bongripper - 0 |

Satellite Beaver pretty much mops up that round and now face the final battle 5-0.

Along with the Muhr EP, the Hesper Payne EP is the strongest EP from the selection. I really liked their combo of doom and death metal, and the whole thing melded together so well at times. Also that EP cover is pretty imaginative and amazing.
Satellite Beaver -0 Hesper Payne -1

Really? I think it's literally one of the worst album covers I've seen in a while. It's also my least favorite of these EPs. I think it has potential but it hasn't quite clicked with me. Maybe at some point it will grow on me, but for now I'm sticking with Satellite Beaver.

I like the cover art and was excited to hear some non-stoner metal but... for me also, this EP is my least favorite of the bunch. I found it hard to even get through, mostly because I couldn't get into the vocals which somehow remind me of Mr. Hans from My Own Private Idaho.

Ok this is being changed over tomorrow, so if you haven't voted then do so. Next battle up has been submitted by Hip Hop Bunny Hop (which he did some time ago now).

So Satellite Beaver win the final round as the best EP of those selected. Next up as it was submitted some time ago, is this battle which consists of three albums in general and the first two are below. "Beer Metal" submitted by Hip Hop Bunny Hop.
Children of Technology It's Time to Face the Doomsday 2010
Versus Midnight Complete and Total ****ing Midnight 2005
