Im listening to Arch Enemy for the first time.. OMFG this is good stuff, Im listening to their Anthems of Rebellion.

Should listen to this album next


Way better than anything they did with Angela. Easily their best album.

I haven't listened to any of their pre-Angela stuff. I used to like Arch Enemy a lot, but these days they bore me. There's just something so sanitized and unthreatening about their sound. There's just no actual aggression.

Listened to the Cryptopsy album None So Viile today for the first time and again this is another great album of technical death metal. It seems like the French speaking part of Canada has some great death metal bands.

Techincal Death Metal... getting my threads confused are you? lol.

But yeah, that album is amazing. Agreed, Quebec produced a lot of great bands.
