keep the drumming part of the melody and make the bass a counter-melody so that the guitarist doesn't stray to far from the tempo, rythym, or pick-up measures.
I'd add pick-up measures just in case you get off.

Three days grace most certainly do suck.

Turtle, look to other three peice bands and see what they did, or just find out whatever the white stripes are doing because for a two peice band, they bring the GD thunder. Seriously, the stripes...

that band "brings the thunder" because when they record they have bass tracks and several guitar tracks and an abundance of effects and reverbs and everything.

this is what you need... 2 half stacks and a morely channel switcher. this will enable the one guitarist to be on both sides of the stage with 2 different sounding stacks and be able to play out of either one or at the same time. also, check out looping stations if you would want more than one guitar track at the same time.

Looping station are fun as hell. Check out Keller Williams. He may noy beup your alley genre-wise, but he creates all his music that way, and yes he does manage to pull it off live
I think a dual channel stereo amp miked in stereo would be a much more cost effective way of pulling off the same thing as the dual stack Idea. Good Idea though.

Uh, were do you get that they have bass tracks? As if someone else is playing bass for them?
