KILLSWITCH ENGAGE kicks big a$$ does anyone have the insecurities to say they dont like killswitch? didnt think so this band cranks it they rule :ar_15s:

...I listen to them and they aren't that bad. A bunch of friends like them so I'm listening to them most of the time whenever they drive. Good stuff, nothing I can't stand.

i can say i dont really like them. there are many bands that play the same style of music and blow them the hell away. they are just cheesy

Ah always with the hating Mr. Frost. I think their good, but I prefer Dead To Fall. Although Take This Oath is a good Killswitch song

theyre a fairly decent band. i enjoy them in moderation, but they irk me when listening to them for a substantial amount of time

I went to manc academy to see them - thought they totally ruled!

Hell yeah lol. Howards bloody fantastic - great replacement there (for once).
Best thing bout 12 tribes was that the lead singer kept hitting himself in the face with his own manky dreadlocks - was lmao! :thumb: |

i think the old killswitch is good, but then they came out with this new guy and he's amazing, the guiatrs all top notch, nad the drummer couldn't be better...what do you think about em..

Killswitch is amazing. Having Howard Jones on vocals did so much for the band. The guitar is melodic and heavy at the right places. Great live to. very energetic and they play near perfect. I definitly reccomend them

i forgot what happend to their lead singer...did they quit to start a side project????? i reallly dont remember

i think it had something to do with too much strain on his vocal chords, so he stopped. he's now in a band called Seemless. good band, i might add.
i like the old guy better than the new one in killswitch. i don't really like anything from their latest, but alive or just breathing had some good tracks. |
yeah they did have some good ones. did they go under a different name before killswitch??

not that i'm aware of. some of the members formed the band after the bands Overcast and Aftershock split.

i think they're an amazing group and have just gotten better with their latest album the end of a heartache hope to keep seeing them

I love this band, and I belive that the vocals are some of the best around today, also, the band incorperates alot into their music, Interludes, Incredible Solo's, and beautiful harmonys. I have "The end of heartache" album, and I can't get enough of it, I recommend this band for anyone who respects music as a whole.

I would say new is better. In my opinion their 2004 album The end of heartache was REALLY GOOD...Rose Of Sharyn, great song, one of my faves. So yeah top band!

You know what 'ish' l would most deffinately agree with you ... killswitch new is far superior to that of the old ... congrats killswitch ... you've come so far ... now all you have to do is get your freaking act together! :) like their good .. but they could be better!

Yeah they could be so much more better and I'm sure they have alot more albums coming which are gunna get better and better BUT if not then I'm gunna track em down and make em do better
