In what context are the words of most rock songs in general deeply meaningful to anyone's life? Let's not pretend most rock songs are deep meaningful poetry, they aren't.
And it's interesting people saying how iconic Stairway to Heaven is because it isn't really that to me. I don't think I've even heard it that much, probably wouldn't want to either though there are some nice moments in it. Maybe it's more iconic in some places (like America) than it is in some others.
