I think this version of BR takes the cake, by a mile. :P

Bohemian for me. Over the Top every second of the way and seriously proud of it. I'm not even a major Queen listener, although I do like some of their 70s albums, but to me that song has everything one needs to understand what they're about in one epic.
The fact that I got tired of every guitarist around me playing the Stairway opening back in High School (I was hiding my real reply to them - "That's nice, but been there done that. How about "Kashmir" or "Immigrant Song" for a change?) remains another deciding factor. No major dis on the song, though. |

Stairway to Heaven annihilates it for me, timeless beautiful solo, what an incredible song, from a band that will never be forgotten in rock history
Im not a Queen fan but Bohemian Rhapsody is also a masterpiece, but Stairway wins for me |

Bohemian is just not good. I don't see why people like it. It has an extremely simple bass and drum line, then again so does all queen. And 3 mins. to 4 mins. is just about the stupidest and unappealing thing I've ever heard. Not trying to be rude I just don't like it. Well, the guitar isn't too bad. |

Bohemian Rhapsody uses a lot of classical theory - pandiatonics for one Freddie was classically-trained |
