Need a bigger canvas...
Definitely a big challenge. Plus it is hard to satisfy people in one genre alone, let alone all genres. Whoever did this metal map did a good job though

I am just really "Biased"! When it comes to Judas Priest. They just simply have so much good metal material to listen to "That is actually good music with every album". I hardly ever skip very many songs while I am listening to their music. I'm no big fan of their rock "Ballads" though. (75 to 85 % of their music, is good music that you want/enjoy listening to). Judas Priest formed in '68.

It's pretty much a heavy metal/hard rock version of Ishkur's guide to electronic music. I think it's pretty cool.

I've seen one like this, although it was all music instead of just metal, so it wasn't as detailed as this is. This is way cooler though, cause it has more information about the bands and neat graphics and whatnot.

I've known this website for a while now. It's really cool. I'd like to see a map of Punk.

That would be cool as well.

This is an interesting link as well. Its from the Business Insider magazine showing the globe of where heavy metal is most popular per bands...not hard to guess where.

I thought it was a cool site and a nice attempt to inform people but some of the examples for the genres are questionable.
