Could have sworn I might've posted in this thread (browsing mobile, maybe I missed it).

Loved these guys about 10 years ago. They're my go-to band for nostalgia.

I'd like to meet Ric before he passes.

I met him to get his autograph many many moons ago.

Wow! My jealousy is undying right now. I love him; I think I'd die/explode.

It was at Heathrow Airport and a chance sighting, I treasure the meeting despite the fact that I was too young and stupid to ask him anything interesting.

I think "Stay the Night" was one of the most underrated hits of the 80's. Oddly enough, when Ben Orr first started playing with Ocasek, Ben was the keyboard player (which he served as on his own solo album). He got very bulky over the years. Then he died I've noted to myself he probably was the best-looking band member, but The Cars was known for being a homely collection of guys.

Anyway, back to The Cars' music. Except I already wrote most of my thoughts a while ago. Well, I don't like anything I've heard from Panorama and rank it as the worst album.

Strange that, as it never had anything over 6 mins on it.
