That album came up almost ten years ago. She's probably **** out a couple of kids at this point, probably works as a cashier in some main-street dollar store in small-town america, snapping gum until her smoke break.
But jesus was she fun when we were 21 and we didn't know what tomorrow looked like...****, I need some cocaine.

Easily one of the closest and I think Urban has mentioned them already were the Sensational Alex Harvey Band, who must've been a huge influence on the Bon Scott era AC/DC.
You can easily trace a line from Mott the Hoople-The Sensational Alex Harvey Band-AC/DC with AC/DC being the least refined of the three. I could pick countless songs that sound like Bon Scott era AC/DC but here's a couple, but the second song probably would've been a bit too long for AC/DC and had too many subtle moments as well.

I'm sure they must've been mentioned already but the most obvious reference point is surely Led Zeppelin.
