Default Jacobs Dream - Christian Power Metal

This is why I love last.fm. It introduces me to bands that I generally will enjoy. I was listening to it on the power metal station and "Black Watch" started playing by these guys, from the get go I was instantly hooked. These guys have got a lot of talent. Take a listen and enjoy the power metal of which these guys produce.

Power metal is my favourite metal genre, which is why I love Dio, Judas Priest and Iron Maiden. This sounds awesome! Right up my alley.

Thanks for recommending them!

Glad you dig it. I just heard about them today, and I instantly fell in love with them. The guitarist is probably my favorite out of the bunch.

Maybe it's just me, but I hear some Bruce Dickinson influence in the vocals as well.

Am I saying something wrong when I say that the word 'christian' makes me less interested? Not because it is christian, but because it has to be named, apparently.
Gives me the idea the christianity as just as important as the music itself.
Does anyone understand what I'm on about?

I can understand. I as well am a bit in agreement with you, but considering they label themselves as a christian power metal band, i'm not doing it for personal effect, i'm doing it for the respect of the musician. I want to correctly label them as they want to be labeled.
