Default Celtic Rock/Punk/Metal

I love the Dropkick Murphys and people like Flogging Molly but I'm hoping to find more artists/bands like them. So any and all suggestions are welcome. Please help.

The Pogues came before both of them:

Probably Flatfoot 56.
But it seems as if there's a lack of bands like this.
You might like the levellers, but it's not really the same

Thanks for the suggestions.

@SK I quite liked the Levellers but they're traditional english more than Irish.

Primordial is a grungy, folk metal band from Ireland. Not only do the sound great, but they're songs are about Irish history and folklore.

Levellers are an English band and although they use a fiddle in their musical set up, I would hardly call them Celtic. A poor mans New Model army really.

I saw these a couple of years ago at a festival and thought they were awful

Check out early Van Morrison even though the OP is banned. Hey! he may still read this!

Love The Pogues and Dropkick Murphys and agree that the Levellers and Flogging Molly are good as well.

I would add Black47 to the mix, particularly the Fire of Freedom album.
