havent been keeping up with mastodon but hey they still sound solid !

When I came to write about them, I was surprised to see I made this thread. Reading the OP again it makes sense, but I never got into that first album. The vocals, like Early Man, just rubbed me the wrong way. I'm getting back into them now and tracks like:

The Cazr
Stargasm
The Hunter
Colony of Birchmen

It's great stuff. I'm even more into the first album now than I was when it came out.

What are you listening to, Nord?

i have and heard all there stuff till round the sun and bits of emperor

i see they have a new album out that was a long 4 year gap between empeor and this new one ???
