I dont claim to be the smartest person on the forum, its a given that Hookers, Perfection, Fenix and several others know a good deal more than i do... I just claim to be smarter than dumbasse's like yourself, which is nothing to boast about anyway, really.

And you were right cheese, I didn't read all your post. You were talking about how degrees mean nothing compared with experience? Keep in mind that I've been in several bands and have been playing many instruments for a long time now.

Hey booey? I know you're joking, but If you were 26/27, and were a music graduate and a part time reviewer and long time musician, and some 19/20 year old was like "omggg your opinons suck, I'm so much smarter than you!!!!" what would your reactions be? I think I handled rather well considering. I thank the person who made up "lol" and "rofl" especially.

I thought you said you have been a musician for 8 or 9 years, thats hardly any longer than when i first picked up keyboards.

And being a critic dosent make your opinions valid, look at Rob Sheffield for heavens sake, hes a horrible critic, just pick up Rolling Stones album guide, he has called Animals a bad album, and said that songs about Pigs are instantly bad... And then goes on to call Gwen Stefani's solo album one of the best efforts of the year. How much freaking money he makes DOES NOT make him a good critic.

You're just a lucky moron who gets to review his favorite DT albums, yipee, it has squat to do with your musical knowledge, and other than that, you need to learn a thing or two about ethics, smug attitudes like yours has actually gotten people killed.

And if you really are a music graduate, it thus proves the horrible decay of the australian educational system.

Well I first stared playing the piano/keyboard (first learnt instrument) when I was really young but yeah I have only been a graduate for around that long. I hope you're not comparing you "picking up" keyboards to a degree in music and being a composer/reviewer.

Opinions cannot be valid because they can't be measured, and unlike you I never said my opinions were "better" than anyone else's (or post like they are). Of course I didn't say that because that's just nonsensical. I believe everyone's opinions are equal, however my musical knowledge far surpasses yours. So you like to measure opinions (lol) and I like to measure stuff that's actually quantifiable, i.e knowledge, argument skills, grammar and spelling ability, etc. Oh wow, no wonder you've been pwning me this whole time every time you bring up how much “better” your opinions are...

I could have sworn I reviewed more than DT albums, in fact, I've only ever officially reviewed one DT album. I mostly review underground prog acts.

If I need to learn about ethics then I'd hate to think what that means for you. Your hatred for me was primarily first based on that fact that you didn't agree with my opinions. Then it escalated to you finding out that I have more knowledge than you in music and your arrogance just couldn't handle it. I know it, and you know it, we all know it (hopefully), so stop the charades. Don't pretend like you know me; most of the time I was being sarcastic and you thought I was serious and the way you talk to me is appalling.
