Radiohead-for carrying on the great British tradition of eccentrism. Of course FAKE PLASTIC TREES is also an absolute classic.

As absurd as it might sound the fact that RATM got so many votes is disheartening. I can't imagine what a band would have to do to suck more than RATM.

The fact that Radiohead didn't overwhelmingly win is disheartening.

Is this all you ever talk about?

I take it that either you're really just looking for attention that you're not getting or you're just really f*cking obsessed with RATM. Do you have wet dreams about Zack de la Rocha? Does it make you feel a lot of fear, anger and confusion inside?

In the sense that they're a highly praised anomaly of suck and I'm trying to understand it. Should trying to understand the rebellious 15 year old fanboy mind be shunned?

I'm a little similar with Modest Mouse, but what bothers me isn't the fact that people like Modest Mouse, it's the fact that the people who like Modest Mouse are trying to convine everyone that if they don't agree that they are gods gift to music then they are being closedminded.

I don't really know many RATM fanboys who are like that.

Overall... Some people just have tastes in music that you may personally consider horrible, just try not to lose so much sleep over it.

What I fail to see is why such an ancient thread was bumped

I see Tool support RATM and Rage edged it for me. Maynard did the chorus for "know your enemy" and boy can he hit a high note!
The problem i have with Tool is its too samey for me...that and Maynard is in his own little universe...still a great band though.
