My Chemical Romance concert
This might be really bad and stuff because I've only just started on this website..
Anyway, me and my friend (Maybe two friends) are going to see My Chemical Romance in London on October 23 at Hammersmith Apollo. We didn't realise until the tickets arrived (We had to get them off ebay) that it was a 15+ concert, and we're 14. Obviously it wouldn't be too hard for us to pass as 15 year olds, but another friend said they might ask us for ID, like our passports or something. (It doesn't help that the other friend that could maybe be coming is really short..) So question is, will they ask for ID? The last concert I went to they didn't (Cobra Starship, February 10, London Sheperds Bush O2 Empire) but apparently it might be different as it's a different venue. |
Just go for it.
Nobody in their right mind over the age of 16 would be seen dead at that gig. I'd say about 98.5% of the people in attendance are going to be in your situation too, and they can't check everybody. Just keep your head down & don't act like pricks & you'll be fine. |
I wonder what it feels like to be in a band that only attracts that age group. Do you think they still think they are badass?
|
I don't think they care as long as they keep getting paid.

There's nothing wrong with being down with the kids.
Unless you're a paedophile. |
Getting into music has got to start somewhere I guess and even though everyone over the age of 20 don't listen to them it's still better than going to see Jedward or Black Eyed Peas. Who knows where it will lead?
Gigging @ 14 is a good way to begin but which path will you take? |
