Default metal chat

this post is just going to involve talking about real metal. I don't want to hear anything about ****ty rock bands or nu metal bands. just post some good metal cds and metal bands you like.

I remember the last ever metal album I bought. It was Morbid Angel`s Blessed Are The Sick around 10 years ago.

I remember listening to it thing 'Christ this is **** , why am I wasting my life listening to this crap'

I`ve not bought another metal album since , unless you count QOTSA the odd Motorhead live album.

Blessed are the sick is a great album tbh!

Listening to my old Maiden stuff a lot atm - remember buying Seventh son - sneaked out of school at lunchtime!

Still got it - but nowt to play records on anymore so I had to get the cd a couple of years ago :P

A lot of Judas Priest here as well as Sabbath, Deep Purple - natch etc, etc!

Manowar is the only band that really needs to be mentioned

otherwise there's Cryptopsy, Entombed, Death, and such...
