Because the discussion can be fun. This is why Youtube comments are so annoying. There's always some guy with a "Who ****ing cares just listen to the music!" comment. Maybe I care, so let me have my pointless discussion.

I'm with US and Batlord, why even be on this forum if you don't want to discuss music. I accept that not every discussion will be interesting to every member, if a topic doesn't interest me I just move on to one that does.

As for comments on YouTube, they nearly always bug the holy livin' f*ck outta me so I generally ignore them. There's always gotta be trolls...

They're like Maury Povich. At first they're funny to watch in a "Thank god I'm not like pathetic losers" kinda way, but after a while it's just the same faceless idiots over and over again and it just gets dull.
