Someone actually recommended half these bands to me yesterday when I was asking for some new music, must be pretty good.

This list is getting long and redundent to type but those are some of my favorite hardcore bands. ALong with nearly any 80's HC band. And yes I've heard of atreyu and no they dont sound like anyone on that list.

From Ashes Rise is great. the song Ambition got me into them. They are AMAZING live.

RAR approved band.

Black Cross is good at times.

If stuff like black flag and bad brains are hardcore what are Norma jean, The bled, As i lay dying, Haste the day, ect.

You`ll be needing to go to the Emo forum for that.

Not because it`s Emo but because thats where you`re more likey to get a 7 page debate on whether those bands are hardcore , metalcore , streetcore , applecore ,coreblimeyluvaduck , or whatever 'core' genre they happen to be.

That is a good f*cking list man. You listen to lots of good sh*t.

the end of hardcore music by breaking it down into so many ****ty sub genres that it looses all meaning and becomes regular garbage like everything else.

I think there called suck core, but i could be wrong. Yes scurry over to the emo forum and butcher it some more.

i mostly listen to the hope conspiracy, walls of jericho and champion for hardcore. i am down with GB though.

I have the trajedy CD and its alright. My favorite song by them is The Intolerable Weight. I got the His Hero is Gone "15 Counts of Arson" CD, anyone know anything about them before I listen to them?

whats wrong with them? the bands not the labeling. the labeling is getting outta hand. there should be metalcore - and hardcore. that is all.
