Melodic Metal or Groove Metal?

If only the OP elaborated a little more and stayed around maybe this thread wouldn't have descended into the usual farcial comments and we could have some apposite comments.

I like things that groove, generally ... metal or otherwise ... but that could also include windshield wipers, a loose coin in the dryer, a helicopter going by (it changes keys as it goes too, holy doppler effect batman) or someone building something on the next block
