Cage The Elephant
Anyone else listen to them? They're probably one of the most unique bands to debut in the past year and I think they would appeal to anyone who likes both newer or older music.
Their single "Ain't No Rest For The Wicked" has been getting some publicity lately (Borderlands trailer/opening movie and some movie trailer as well), but their other stuff is really just as good. Discuss. |

I'll be the first to admit that video games are a wasteland of ideas, but what's so wrong with having your song on a video game commercial? Some can be quite good. Remember that 'Mad World' themed Gears of War commercial?

as for putting thier song in a commercial, i don't care either way, plenty of my favorite bands have commercials with their songs and that just gives me an excuse to listen to more of their stuff

I heard the band perform Ain't No Rest For The Wicked live on Jools Holland and thought it was solid enough to get the album but it's boring diluted blues tinged Rock that lacked real balls. Shame as they seem a little more raw live.
