Yeah Geddy Lee gets a lot of heat for his vocals, I however, find his voice quite epic for lack of a better term.

Not the worst per se, but I can only listen to Planes Mistaken For Stars in small portions because of their singer's (intentionally) scratchy, painful voice.
Edit: come to think of it, Jon Bon Jovi probably has the worst voice...

His nasally vocal style in earlier Faith No More stuff does get rather grating but he cuts that out in later records (starting with Angel Dust) and with his other projects like Mr. Bungle and Fantomas where he shows more of his range. |

Bob Dylan, I heard he was influence Roscoe Holcomb, and I looked him up and gave him a listen and I have to say he is aquired taste, and I can understand a little better what Bob is striving for. But Dylans take of the that lonesome Hill-Billy whine is just horrible.

I have a great deal of respect for Dylan but his voice is indeed an aqquired taste.
I don't think he's a bad singer at all though, his voice suits his music just fine. But his music in general is hit and miss for me. |
