I'm still unsure wither I would be able to stick a concert by them. It wouldn't be too bad I suppose.

He's actually quite a down to earth approachable guy with a good sense of humour.
He's released hundreds of albums so compilations would probably be the best place to start. 19th Nervous Shakedown is a pretty good compilation of his stuff with the Milkshakes Elementary Headcoats : Thee Singles 1990-1999, for all his stuff with Thee Headcoats. The Buff Medways are my favourite band of his. Their Steady The Buffs album is probably the most solid album he's ever put out.
