Most of that video is bizarre conspiracy theory nonsense coupled with overarching Christian themes & some inarticulated anticapalist nonsense. While I do applaud the use of the terms "Jewtube" & "Jewgle" (the latter being entirely new to me), the only thing I learned from this video is the members of Tool are bigger hippies than I previously assumed.

Did you know assume that beforehand? They wrote a song about pot for god sakes.

The song isn't about smoking pot. It's about the hypocrisies of the "Ganja Police."

awesome... i hope this one gets released online before the official release like they did with 10,000 days. i remember hearing that album and not even being sure it was tool cuz i got it several weeks before it came out. and it was awesome too, cuz when it did come out, i got a trippy pair of goggles with the album i'd already heard 500 times.

Major props to Alex Grey for that artwork, I stared at the one similar to the cover but in a red-orange hue so damn long while listening to the album it got imprinted in my close eye visuals for a while, it was insane.

This is probably it for Tool. As far as I can tell, Maynard is all about his winemaking and Puscifer.

I always assumed it was just about hypocrisy in general, with the lyricism referring to "pot meet kettle" as well as being "so high".
