Nirvana is and always will be my favorite band ever. I got all there albums. And I can't wait to get the new live cd and dvd from the 1992 show in London, England when it comes out in November. I also own a old hand me down Nirvana t-shirt. WOO! NIRVANA RULES!

I love Nirvana, and even though Kurt died six months before I was born, I can assure you that I love them for their music, and it's not just Smells Like Teen Spirit. I bought Incesticide today, and I've already got Bleach and In Utero. As for my favourite songs by them, Dive, Sifting, School and Rape me take the prize.

All I can say really is that if you're new to Nirvana, listen to a few of their songs, but don't just go for Teen Spirit or Come As You Are, try out a few of their less famous tracks.

Nirvana are friggin' awesome. It's true that alot of people heard of them because of Cobain's death but that does not negate the fact that their music rocks. The enormous influence The Pixies had on them is evident throughout their short career. I'm talking about the dynamics of soft verses-loud choruses and the overall simplicity that defines Nirvana music.

I like Nirvana but sometimes I feel that their hardcore fans can be a bit too hardcore when it comes to talking about their music..

Still love Nirvana, but agree...sometimes their fans can be just a little bit TOO devoted.

One of their rarer songs I always LOVED was Do Re Mi, pretty different from most songs that Cobain wrote.
