Im my opinion the decades go on the 5's. the 70's had their claws in pop culture from approximatly '75 to '85. No obviously at the begining and end of each, its really weak. But I don't think Winger had a CD out in '81 (but I could be wrong)
And yeah I think the emo thing is really post-hardcore. The list rites of spring as an emo band alot, they were out in like '85 or something. Emo is tough since no band wants to be emo. The Stripes are blindingly awesome. |
