Defintely 'Dirt.' AIC had a knack for creating some of the most dark and horrifying music. Through all the pain displayed in their music a true beauty really shone through. There will never be another band like them.

Their debut Sixteen Stone is a classic. Evreything Zen, Little Things, and Comedown are a few popular singles to mention from the album. I like the single Prizefighter on the ('99) album The Science Of Things.

Bush, is the ultimate British Grunge Band.

Sixteen Stone > Razorblade Suitcase

The only thing Razorblade Suitcase had going for it was the production of Steve Albini, who probably dropped that credit from his resume anyways.

Razorblade Suitcase was basically the same thing, but with more boring songs and worse songwriting to boot. "Swallowed" is one of the worst songs of the 90's, do not get why they would release that song as a single. "Greedy Fly" was a better single, but still just as bad in it's own way.

Gavin Rossdale couldn't write a decent song if his life depended on it. Awful songwriter.

Anyways Bush were grunge in the same way that The Olive Garden is an Italian restaurant.

I usually don't give Pearl Jam very much credit as being one of my favorite grunge bands, but I have to admit that their single "Betterman" is a classic. Eddie Vedder conveys outstanding stage presence on the video.

Yeah, I am not huge on PJ. I think for every 1 good song they did, they made 10 equally dreadful songs. None of their album I can listen to from start to finish without skipping virtually half.

But I do like a select few songs from them now and then.

think this song is one of their highlights, but not one that most would really know if all they know is the radio songs.

I think your looking to start a fight

Bush have to be the crappiest Nirvana rip-off band to have ever existed. Instead of just covering Nirvana songs, they actually went out and attempted to write their own material which they then passed off as British grunge and then by-passed Nirvana, by saying that the Pixies were their main inspiration! The thought of Gavin Rossdale`s atrocious voice and songwriting is enough to put me off my morning cereal.

The only really talented grungy sounding band to come out of the UK were Feeder, I`m sure there are more but they always come to mind.

One of the best vocalists and bands in the history of rock.
