Metal Battle
Someone posts a song and the next person has to rate it and post one of their own they think is better. Any kind of metal is fine, i want to expand my horizon anyways, so i'll start.

I liked it. It has a slow mellow feel to it kind of, not too fast. The solo is really good and fitting. 7/10.

not one of my favorite songs by them, but it was the first time i heard it and it wasn't bad. I could listen to it again. The chorus was pretty good. I like when he is like " i'm not ready to shine "

Don't even have to listen to this again haha...I love how the start he screams so dark and stuff, then starts singing, pretty dark. Then the chorus hits and it's just like all clean and sutff..very epic. 8/10.

Pretty hackneyed sounding riffs and vocal delivery, and the solos didn't hold interest. 4/10.

pretty damn good song actually. It was heavy enough to hold my interest but wasn't to heavy, if that makes any sense. 7/10

****ty slammy metalcore riffs throughout the majority of the song. The clean singing wasn't bad but wasn't prominant enough and when it was there it seemed to completely take over the song. The song didn't seem to go anywhere interesting. 3/10.

I like Gojira but in many ways I'm still trying to form a solid opinion. Sometimes they sound better to me than they may have done the last time and vice versa. That however was pretty sweet, it makes me want to see them live now for sure. 8/10
