Really dig your thrash recs.

Had/have lots of fun with:
Dark Angel - Darkness Descends
Death Angel - The Ultra-Violence
Exodus - Bonded By Blood
Morbid Saint - Spectrum Of Death
Sodom - Agent Orange
Vio-Lence - Eternal Nightmare

The other stuff didn't do much for me, as expected.

Have you heard Aura Noir? They're not pure thrash, but rather blackened thrash, and so I think they'd be a good fit for what you're looking for. Though the vocals are mildly cheesy at times.

The whole album is an excellent classic, and the demo which came before it is quite good too. Their other stuff is also fairly good, but some of it isn't as raw. I think the album that came after BTA, called; Deep Tracts of Hell, is also quite raw if I remember correctly, but I don't feel like it's as much of a classic. It's still really great, though.

Edit: Here's a song from Deep Tracts of Hell.

It's not bad, but I can't say it excites me a lot.

Really fun album.
I doubt we are the only ones, if the rym-rating is to be believed, it's pretty highly regarded.

I'd have rec'ed him Time Does Not Heal (the superior album), but he asked for primitive.
