Just curious, between the Stones and the Who, which band do you guys think is more of a "guys" band? (I heard someone mention the Who as being a "guys only" band while The Beatles, Stones, and Kinks were female friendly, but I'm not sure I entirely agree w/ this)
frankly, my friend, i could hardly give a rat's ass

if it sounds good, it sounds good - who cares if girls like it also?

People who are trying to get laid care. It's not as though I want her, as soon as my truck starts, to hear Glenn Benton growling "IN HELL I BURN FOR SATAN!"

Heard of; never heard, as the descriptions made them seem like something I would not enjoy.

After a couple rounds on youtube, the best way I could describe them is jazz influence progressive death metal with an atmospheric twist? Idk, it's very different to say the least, but I could see if someone's not into post-rock/metal that they wouldn't be into them very much. That's the closest genre I could group them into.

The only broadband I can get here is limited to 5gb/month. So, yeah, while they may blow me away.... I'd rather stick to pirating a few albums a month I am quite certain I will enjoy.

Bright Eyes - "Fevers And Mirrors," "Lifted Or The Story Is In The Soil, Keep Your Ear To The Ground," "I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning," "Noise Floor," and "Cassadaga."

Godsmack has some good singles. You'd be better off buying their Greatest Hits album than any of their LP's.

The Eagles - "Hotel California"

For Shinedown, just get their singles. They're yet to put out any mind blowing albums, but they are good if you like modern rock.

Screw UFO and Coheed And Cambria. I dislike Death Cab For Cutie, but others like them, so take that for what it's worth.
