I think that CCV album is cool but I dunno if it'll be a regular listen. Massive metalcore influence though.

Smile Unique rock songs

Does anyone know of new rock bands that have a unique sound. I like things that are dark, mysterious, or psychedelic. A band I have in mind is deftones or nine inch nails.

How are Deftones or NIN psychedelic? Serious question, I'm trying to help but I need to know what psychedelic elements you're seeking because I know of none in their music.

I think grindcore and powerviolence bands secretly make the best sludge, but I don't have enough pure sludge tracks from those bands. I only want songs that have no grind sections. **** like this...
