Default альтернативные Nightwish

Hi all, recently discovered by the Russian band "Eihwaz", I heard the debut album "Amadeus" and I think a very good material and unusual. I believe this is an alternative Nightwish. What do you think?

Hey, anyone know some thrash metal bands that aren't extremely offensive? I need something to listen to when the day I grow tired of Megadeth and Anthrax occurs. By offensive I mean satanic, anti-christian, overly gory etc. Any band which whose T-shirt won't get me kicked out of church.

They only put out two albums but they're both worth having, Mountlake Terrace, Washington's mighty Forced Entry

The best album is Uncertain Future

Their second album is almost as good, As Above, So Below

You should listen to Vektor, Black Future is incredible.

Erratically progressive and brutal thrash, science-fiction lyrics.
Otherwise there's TONS, and I'm talking metric, of thrash bands that deal with serious subjects.

I am a christian. Also, my mother isn't fine with me listening to satanic, anti-christian etc. music and I respect that.

Can anyone recommend any bands with style similar to Circus Maximus (the 1960s American band, not the Norwegian one)? I love the folk & jazz influence...makes for great music

A few days ago I felt an urge to listen to Once by Pearljam, I was out station and wasn't able to get my hand on my musical devices, I ended up a song once by pearljam.

This wasn't the good old MamaSon Trilogy classic, however I still somehow ended up being in love with this song.

The lyrics go something like

Once I had a pretty girl
Once I was an angel man
once i was an angel man
mourning to the family demons
..
..
Once was a sober man
once i had a quite hand
..
..

Now I don't even know who this song, I don't know its actual name, I have tried searching through a million different strings, but somehow the universe doesn't allow me every time I try.

If anyone amongst you, have a slightest of idea regarding this song then please share it with me..
Will be truly delighted to know more about it!
Thanks
