The Encyclopaedia, as Primeval Scum mentioned, is essential. Also, last.fm is great for finding bands similar to those you already like.

What's ppls opinion of Deftones?

Listened to Around The Fur last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. That last track is annoying though.

Deftones are great. Around The Fur is actually their only album that I haven't heard. I am a big fan of Adrenaline, White Pony and Diamond Eyes.

I am looking for energetic Rock songs like this style: Spiderbait - Black Betty, Wolfmother - Joker and The Thief, motorhead - Ace of Spades...

or just rock songs with good intros, don't bother posting the most famous ones, I probably have them already :P
