Hey every one, This is my First Comment in the forum
i listen to Dubstep mainly and i wanted to listen to some metal too So am looking for some great metal songs by great bands what i mainly looking for is slow beat, about 140 RBM ~ becasue most of metal songs i heard have fast beat, and am looking for heavy ' i mean really heavy guitar sound, i prefer clean lyrics, i mean the song is not talking about death and devil . . one of the songs that really touched me and nearly made me cry is "this World is not my home" by Inward To Olympus Thank you all, and i hope i find what am looking for here |

And BTW, I'm assuming you're well aware of High On Fire and Om, correct?

blaro, do you know of the Japanese group Coffins? They do sort of death/doom, but what I find makes them unique is their willingness to incorporate elements from outside these oh-so-rigid genres without making it overt. In particular, they do wonderful d-beat sections.

I'd also have to suggest some funeral doom if you aren't already familiar with it.

I'm usually not that into funeral doom (which is odd considering I enjoy ambient music), but I've heard both of those artists before and thought they were decent. Next time I'm in the mood for something slow and heavy as an anvil I'll check 'em out.
