^^^

Cool album, but more brutal doesn't mean better. From Terminal Spirit Disease to Slaughter of the Soul was definitely their best period. If I ever kill myself I'm gonna have Scarlett Johansson show up to my house with a vinyl copy of Slaughter of the Soul and have her DJ that ****.

You seem to have this unhealthy obsession with topping yourself, hopefully its just a passing phase.

I just enjoy a good bit of suicide humor. I fear death and oblivion far too much to ever see suicide as any kind of alternative to this shitty life.

I just think SotS is a massively overrated album. First album was unique in its own right, SOtS was just standard Swedish Death Metal.

First ATG full length just has something that lacked later releases. SotS is a good album, but very overrated as well. Along with Carcass and their "Heartwork" album.

Now you're thinking the same as me.

I still rate SOtS as probably the best album out of the Swedish melo-death scene, but I guess somebody not into melo-death wouldn't like it too much.
