Dr. Acula and See You Next Tuesday are similar, at least as far as I'm concerned.

I want some really fast, energetic rock music, preferably instrumental, in the same vein as this:

It doesn't have to be rockabilly. I just want the same mood and energy as this song.

Cool, I'm digging See You Next Tuesday's Parasite, but Dr. Acula is a bit weaker IMO. Thanks for the rec.

If you like riffs like Sabbath, and are bored of growling/screaming vocals, I'd recommend checking out Priestess. They're not a huge band and only have a couple of albums, but they kick ASS. One of my TOP favorite newer bands.

since I'm new and can't post links, I'd suggest checking out "Lay Down", "It Baffles the Mind" and "Trapped in Space and time".

Default Industrial Metal suggestions?

Realy into this genre of metal but I'm struggling to find many bands similiar to artists I like!

I've been listening to a lot of Sybreed and Devin Townsend etc

Have you tried the band Fear Factory? They're one of the closer bands to Devin's SYL in the sense that they sometimes use samples but largely consist of pulsating chugging metal. Their 1995 album Demanufacture is one of their better albums, but anything from 2005 on wards is just as good.

You may also want to try Killing Joke's 1994 album Pandemonium (Fear Factory actually did a cover of one of the songs off that album). Killing Joke aren't the heaviest band, but their influence is felt all throughout the metal/ rock community.

Alcest's latest album 'Les Voyages De L'Âme' is going to be difficult to top for 2012.
