uh no, ABR are totally different. parkway sounds alot like acacia strain, but they are by far better than them. Both bands are.

I think Parkway Drive uses breakdowns WAY too much. I heard one song that had three and I lost interest completely.

Oh how weird, I was just talking about this band. I didn't know it had a thread, I almost started one asking for recommendations.

I was told by one of the members that they weren't worth paying for, though.

For all the haters, i think ABR is one of the best metal bands i have seen live. i have seen them 3 times and they get better each time. the fans are great and the performances are top notch. drums and vocals being highlights.

I wouldn't say its one of the best metal bands I've ever seen live. But they're worth seeing. I saw them last summer, and I hadn't heard of them before that and had no expectations. I was more than positively suprised. It was a great experience.

ABR is still the best band i have ever heard. Constellations might be the most epic album ever.

This is my favorite of the whole 'metalcore' genre. The music is impressive, but the lyrics are what make them one of my favorites.

Constellations is a great album. I'm not the biggest fan of them by any means, but I respect them.
