I dont get why people hate Nickelback. I love them. I dont like how he married Avril Lavigne though a rock star should never even share the same stage as a popstar.

They're both pop stars. Their entire careers are built on pop songs trumped up as either punk or...something or other. Avril just happens to be a girl playing to girls, and is allowed to be a popstar. Whereas Chad is a guy who plays to people who have some meathead idea that pop is somehow not legitimate music so he isn't allowed to be honest about what he does.

I rather not hate, but they don't have little musical creativity. I think they kinda deserve the backlash they get.
