Default Eyehategod
I was on Pandora a couple of days ago, and this band came up a couple of times. They intrigued me. They're what Pandora described them as a Stoner/Doom Metal band. I'm not completely sure on that categorization since I'm only familiar mostly with the older Metal thing. But anyway, I was wondering if any of you fellas (there's no women on the webz) knew of this band and could give me any recommendations.

i like them but i cannot stand their name

i have five albums and i haven't given them all a huge amount of listening but they seem pretty similar to one another... don't think it'd make much of a difference where you start off

Dopesick is the only notably good album they have. You'd be much better off starting elsewhere on your journey for sludge.

For the record I think Eyehategod is pretty great band name and they made more than one great record. I like Southern Discomfort & Confederacy of Ruined Lives quite a bit, for example.
