hmmm, not sure about favourite 5, prob would include franz ferdinand and Jet, but a new band that I like and think will be big next year are The Black Velvets...any1 else heard of em? I've heard their tune 'Get On Your Life' a few times on the radio and its really grown on me! Definitely a group to watch out for next year!

Hmmm, well, let's see. There's only about five new bands I can listen to anyway, so this should be easy
(in no order) The Strokes The Distillers Velvet Revolver Black Marsh Killers (a local band) The Knuckles (another local band) Other than those, I can't stand new music, and even The Strokes and The Distillers I only like a few of the songs by them.

new bands like new that we've heard about?
1. Blessed By A Broken Heart (listen to them, they are rediculous) 2. A Life Once Lost 3. Hopesfall (i've never really listened to them before last week so it counts) 4. It Dies Today 5. Turn The Circle Round (crazy math-rock band)
