Post Paul Stanley

Okay people. I see Paul Stanley as one of the greatest frontman/vocalist of all-time. So tell me what you think of him. Make a pros and cons list. here's mine.

Pros:
Amazing singing talent (I Still Love You from MTV Unplugged, check it out)
Amazing showmanship (can keep any crowd entertained)
Amazing outlook & perspective (a great leader and always is positive)
Amazing businessman (like Gene, knows where the money is and how to get to it)

Cons:
None come to mind. =)

Pros:
He's not Gene Simmons.

Cons:
He's in Kiss.
He's partially responsible for this abomination.
If you say he's anything like Gene, he probably is a con artist.

I think he's one of the best front men in rock, the only con I can think of is that he introduces every single song during their shows. its annoying.

I agree. Paul is awesome. Underrated voice, great songwriter, great frontman, loyal to the music and damn proud of it.

Too many people who think they're SO musically advanced don't take him seriously. Joke's on them. Paul's up there doing it and doing it well.

Paul Stanley is easily on my list of "Top 5 greatest frontmen of rock". I tell you what, for someone who's been in the biz for over 35 yrs, his voice, stage presence, and so forth are still way at the top as far as being good.

Too many people hate him for sinply being in KISS, which is sad, he's really a great frontman.

My "Top 5 greatest frontmen in rock" list goes like this:

1) Steve Perry/Morrissey
2) Diamond Dave
3) Dave Gahan
4) Robert Smith/Robert Plant
5) Paul Stanley/Dio/Bruce ****inson/Rob Halford

To all the naysayers here, know that I don't actually hate Kiss - I'm just being facetious. Yes, I think they're a joke. But it doesn't change my opinion that their earlier albums aren't bad if I'm in a cock rock mood.
