Death Magnetic is pretty good. Metallica will never be the band they were when they made justice. too much has changed. its still the best thing they've put out in a long time

AJFA wasn't bad but not close to the previous.

Well, Metallica are definitely not as great and inspiring as they used to be. I still love some of their songs but mostly the older songs. I think their newer songs sound like poor remixes of the older ones and that's a bit depressing especially from such a great band like Metallica. And I'm positive they're heading further downhill.

Honestly my favorite was ...And Justice For All too bad you can't hear the bass in it though.

Drag that fecker back out. it's awesome. Love the production too. Nice and raw AND you can hear Newsted's bass too lol

I was quite impressed by Death Magnetic. I'm not a big Metallica fan but I enjoyed the album all the way through.

I don't really prefer their old stuff over new, or vice versa. It's all just music to me. I like Load/Reload, I like Master of Puppets, I like Death Magnetic, etc.
