Default Metallica GET RID OF JAMES HETFIELD

Heard the whole Death Magnetic Album this evening and still somewhat disappointed. James Hetfield has to go. Kirk Hammet is still kicking ass as he always has. Lars Ulrich is still awesome and Robert Trujillo is doing his job. I am glad there are so many riffs so it keeps James lyrics and singing to a minimum. I feel that James will cause the END OF METALLICA. NO no one wants that, so GET RID OF JAMES HETFIELD. The last album almost put them out of order and with James it will certainly be their DEATH. Does he really think he sings like A METALLICA. Maybe him and Chris Cornell need to go on tour together. The album should be named
DEATH OF METALLICA

I know he and James were founding members, but that doesn't exactly mean he's been spearheading their dynamic sound.

Also, the comment was tongue-in-cheek--obviously a reference to Phil Collins.

I am so glad Metallica has the Death Magnetic album on their website, so I don’t have to waste my money on this re-attempt to get their fans back. Only if they would release a version without JAMES HETFIELD singing then I would buy this album. KIRK, LARS and ROBERT kick ass on this album and I thank them for putting in their all. GET RID OF JAMES HETFIELD end of story.

Do us a favor and go play a game of hide-and-go-fuck-yourself.

I've listened to The Day That Never Comes and Suicide&Redemption more than others. This album has some good songs but its definately different than their older stuff.

If James Hetfield leaves then Metallica die.

just like when Casey Calvert was found dead, that made hawthorne heights drop a little bit. well wait, im not sure if thats a good comparison. hmm.

well if James Hetfield leaves, maybe they will find someone better, when they release a new album it'll sound different. Of course, Dave Mustaine totally would have made them sound ten times better if he was still in the band.

I disagree. He probably would have made the newer stuff sound better as I think his voice has held up more than Hetfields but not for the older stuff.

i wasnt referring to the older stuff, im happy he left for the older stuff that they did. but if they released Death Magnetic with a bit of Dave Mustaine included in some of the songs, it would have been a pretty intensifying album.

I'll say this.

Metallica would have been complete with Mustaine, and he would have added greatly to the band over the years.

But...Mustaine is too big of an immature prick to have ever stayed in Metallica, much less maintain a good relationship with his own band. If Dave wasn't such an *******, we may have had even better songs from Metallica. But no matter. Dave has Megadeth, and he can still bitch about being kicked out of Metallica.....and Metallica will do what they've been doing the last 20 years, and continue to ignore him.
