Went to see ZZ Top last night...have to say that even though it was a stadium show (which I normally hate), it was one of the best concerts I've ever been to. Of course they sang the hits (Sharp-Dressed man, Cheap Sunglasses, Under Pressure, La Grange...), but one of the highlights was the cover they did of Johnny Cash's "Get Rhythm". It was fantastic...they kept it country, but gave it enough of a rock edge to own it. I have to admit I sat there the entire night with a stupid ****-eating grin on my face, since I was totally psyched to be there and was in awe of these guys. I find it hard to believe how they can be totally flamboyant and still come off as complete bass-asses that women want, and men want to be. Let's face it...they are pimp. They were pimp before Ice-T was writing crap books about being pimp.
So yeah...it was a good show!

( to clutch comment) ^^ yeah they were pretty good. Tons of rednecks there though
and they played all the good stuff off of nocturne and only a violent strike off of midheaven. Midheaven is a pretty ****ty album >.<
