Mortal Sin-Mayhemic Destruction

Although the Thrash scene seemed derivative, Australia's Mortal Sin were one of the few pure thrash bands to peddle a Metallica rip off but do it well. The riff @ 3.00 mins is legendary in Thrash circles and indeed their second album 'Face Of Despair' is a cult fave. It suffered due to Thrash's drop in popularity.
