British, simply because I'm British probably. I see the bands more often and I can relate to them a lot easier. Plus we've put out some of the finest bands ever to grace rock music.

agreed, british rock isn't amazing, but american rock definately sucks the big one

this has nothing to do with this topic, but how can i get my avatar to display?
And i think rock music in general has slowely went to sleep with the exceptions of a few bands still renovating the music.

avator? sorry man dunno wat that is. yup definetly rock music has slowly diminshed slightly. dont see ne led zep or rolling stones around these days.

What do you think about these new "garage" bands that have gotten popular recently? Jet, White Stripes, The Strokes, etc.
Sounds to me they are stealing a few pages from old Rolling Stones.
